We didn’t know what to expect when we decided to put my mother-in-law’s house on the market. It was in a different state 6 hours away and needed some love to say the least. But Van-Dee made an otherwise daunting task incredibly smooth. You can’t go wrong with her top notch communication and problem solving skills. She’s so good, I wish she lived in my state so she could help us with our next house.

Even when we had an issue at the time of the closing with the condition of the property, she addressed it and arranged a correction with the seller without any delay in the process!
