We signed a listing agreement with Van-Dee Hetherington on 4/11/19 and closed on 6/11/19! We lived out of town and everything was done electronically. It was the easiest real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced. This lady is high-energy and will get the job done for you. Highly recommend her services.

Van-Dee was fabulous to work with! She truly went above and beyond in so many ways to help us with the sale of our home, and even after when we needed assistance finding somewhere to stay until we closed on our new home. I could not recommend her enough. If you’re looking for someone to help you buy or sell your home, give her a call, you won’t be disappointed.

I could not have asked for a better realtor with purchasing of my first home. She made sure I got the best deal and made sure things were fixed before the deal went through. Always responded promptly with any of my questions or concerns!! She is a great person, realtor and now a friend for life!! You will not regret getting her to help you also!!

My husband and I worked with Van Dee on 3 occasions; 2 purchases and one sale. Her knowledge of the area was priceless as we moved here from out of state. She got to know our differing tastes and found homes that appealed to both of us. When it came to selling, she went above and beyond to get our house sold. After the closings, she has been a wealth of information and always comes through. I can’t recommend her enough!
