Van-Dee was super to work with. We were new to the area and she patiently answered my unending questions. She kept us up to date on new listings and was available to show us properties when my husband was available. With Van-Dee’s help we found our dream home!

My husband and I worked with Van Dee on 3 occasions; 2 purchases and one sale. Her knowledge of the area was priceless as we moved here from out of state. She got to know our differing tastes and found homes that appealed to both of us. When it came to selling, she went above and beyond to get our house sold. After the closings, she has been a wealth of information and always comes through. I can’t recommend her enough!

Van-Dee was great to work with. She replied promptly, had great knowledge of the area and housing market. No nonsense and straight to the point. Great at negotiating and working with the sellers. She was helpful with closing and document signing. Van-Dee helped us find movers and house cleaners as well as making sure our move in went smoothly and we were well fed!
