VanDee was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and answered all 10,000 of my questions! 🤣 And she even has checked in several times after we purchased our house to see how things were going! She made the entire process very easy! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good real estate agent!

Van-Dee helped us buy our first home, and we are so thrilled with the experience! She helped us find a better mortgage officer than the one we’d originally worked with, helped us navigate how much to offer and what we could ask for, and always was so helpful with everything! I will recommend Van-Dee to everyone in Edenton!

My husband and I worked with Van Dee on 3 occasions; 2 purchases and one sale. Her knowledge of the area was priceless as we moved here from out of state. She got to know our differing tastes and found homes that appealed to both of us. When it came to selling, she went above and beyond to get our house sold. After the closings, she has been a wealth of information and always comes through. I can’t recommend her enough!

Van-Dee helped us purchase our first home back in March. From the moment I reached out about the listing, she made sure we were informed about EVERY. DETAIL. She made sure we were included in every step, from inspections to the decisions that had to be made. Her main goal was making sure our FIRST home-buying experience was a positive one.
Even when there were unexpected bumps in the road during closing, she handled everything with grace and professionalism. She made sure that, no matter what, we were going to close on our home.
After closing, we arrived at our new home to find the cutest “Welcome Home” yard sign that she had gone out of her way to have delivered. It was truly so special.Even after closing, she has continued to check in on us, send us gifts, and make sure everything is still going well.

Van-Dee is truly 100/100! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us through such a special milestone. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home! ❤️

Working with Van‑Dee as our listing agent was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was incredibly easy to work with and handled every aspect of the transaction with confidence and care. Her communication was exceptional- always timely, clear, and proactive. She made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Thanks to her expertise, our home sold very quickly. We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in the sale of our home and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top‑tier real estate professional.

When we were looking for a home, we had a difficult time getting a realtor to take the time to show us the house we called about. It was “out of the way” and not high dollar. We lucked up and reached Van-Dee (she was not the unresponsive listing agent – we called her randomly). She told us to wait and she would get there as soon as she could. And she did! She ended up finding us our home and then got to sell it for us when we needed to move.

Call Van-Dee! You can count on her!!

Working with VanDee was an absolute dream! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. She took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with patience and expertise. Her communication was always clear and timely, and I never once felt out of the loop.

What really sets VanDee apart is how much she genuinely cares—about her clients, about the process, and about finding the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is smart, responsive, and truly invested in your success, VanDee is the one. Highly recommend!

Van-Dee and Welcome Home Realty were excellent to work with. Van-Dee was right on top of things and responded quickly to any concerns we had. Even when we had an issue at the time of the closing with the condition of the property, she addressed it and arranged a correction with the seller without any delay in the process! Even after the closing, she was very helpful with advice and recommendations for services since we were new to the area and knew no one. We’ve used her services for another purchase and a subsequent sale as well. She always looks out for her clients! Highly recommended!
