We signed a listing agreement with Van-Dee Hetherington on 4/11/19 and closed on 6/11/19! We lived out of town and everything was done electronically. It was the easiest real estate transaction we’ve ever experienced. This lady is high-energy and will get the job done for you. Highly recommend her services.

Van-Dee and Welcome Home Realty were excellent to work with. Van-Dee was right on top of things and responded quickly to any concerns we had. Even when we had an issue at the time of the closing with the condition of the property, she addressed it and arranged a correction with the seller without any delay in the process! Even after the closing, she was very helpful with advice and recommendations for services since we were new to the area and knew no one. We’ve used her services for another purchase and a subsequent sale as well. She always looks out for her clients! Highly recommended!

Van-Dee is an excellent person and real estate agent. I have purchased a home through Van-Dee and sold a home through Van-Dee. You can not find a real estate agent that cares more about her clients. She made the process very easy and stress free. I would recommend Van-Dee 100 percent.

I’ve worked with a Van-Dee for about 10 years now. I met her through a house that she had listed I didn’t really know how the process worked for having a realtor buying a house, All the things and when we were ready to move I contacted her and things went from there. She asked all the questions even the ones I didn’t know the answer to and she helped me walk through those questions to get what I actually wanted. She listens and she’s really, really good at what she does. Not only has she been my realtor, she’s also been my landlord and someone I would consider a friend. She has always gone above and beyond.

Van-Dee was great to work with. She replied promptly, had great knowledge of the area and housing market. No nonsense and straight to the point. Great at negotiating and working with the sellers. She was helpful with closing and document signing. Van-Dee helped us find movers and house cleaners as well as making sure our move in went smoothly and we were well fed!

VanDee was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and answered all 10,000 of my questions! 🤣 And she even has checked in several times after we purchased our house to see how things were going! She made the entire process very easy! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good real estate agent!
