I have been working with Van Dee for years and can say she is the absolute best! There is no one else I would choose to help me navigate through the real estate world!

Ease of reaching staff

Very easy

I’ve worked with a Van-Dee for about 10 years now. I met her through a house that she had listed I didn’t really know how the process worked for having a realtor buying a house, All the things and when we were ready to move I contacted her and things went from there. She asked all the questions even the ones I didn’t know the answer to and she helped me walk through those questions to get what I actually wanted. She listens and she’s really, really good at what she does. Not only has she been my realtor, she’s also been my landlord and someone I would consider a friend. She has always gone above and beyond.

We bought two houses from Van-Dee in the last two years… from out of state! She made the process so doable! She was always available for the ridiculous amount of questions and concerns I had and her response was always, “Don’t worry, I’ve got you!”. We would highly recommend Van-Dee!

Van-Dee is one of a kind Professional. She will go out of her way to help you. I have bought a couple of properties from her and thouroughly enjoyed the experience. I strongly recommend Van-Dee because I am not that easy to satisfy but she has over and above completed my requests. Try her and you will see that she takes her profession very seriously and she will make a believer out of you. Thanks Van-Dee and keep on doing what you are doing-knock it out of the park.

Van-Dee is a great realtor. She is very knowledgeable of Edenton and the surrounding areas. She has helped me to sell a home and to purchase a home. She is quick to respond when needed and to help negotiate offers.
