I used Van-Dee to sell my home in September of 2018 and then again to help find me another home in June of 2019.

Van-Dee met me at my home in 2018 and together we reviewed the comparables in my neighborhood and she helped determine a value for my home. She had professional photos taken and my house went up on the market very quickly. As quickly as it went up, it came down – SOLD. My home sold within two weeks and I was very happy with the end result of the sale.

Spring of 2019 I found myself in a situation where I needed a new home very quickly. Contacting Van-Dee and setting up appointments to view houses within my price range was easy and she worked with my schedule.
