I used Van-Dee to sell my home in September of 2018 and then again to help find me another home in June of 2019.

Van-Dee met me at my home in 2018 and together we reviewed the comparables in my neighborhood and she helped determine a value for my home. She had professional photos taken and my house went up on the market very quickly. As quickly as it went up, it came down – SOLD. My home sold within two weeks and I was very happy with the end result of the sale.

Spring of 2019 I found myself in a situation where I needed a new home very quickly. Contacting Van-Dee and setting up appointments to view houses within my price range was easy and she worked with my schedule. When I found a home I loved, we actually went out on three different occasions to see it throughout the day, measure rooms, and rock on the front porch. I love how easy she is to work with. I put in an offer and after a little back and forth the house was mine! Van-Dee is a fantastic real estate agent and she is also a good contact when you are new to the area and looking for service professionals within Chowan County. Even after the purchase of my home she helped set up appointments with plumbers, electricians, and heating and air mechanics. She is very knowledgeable of the town she grew up in and is very helpful.
